Parents, guardians and students can begin completing Final Forms. This is a required part of the school registration process. Rockwood High School and Rockwood Middle School were the only two county schools to have a 100% completion rate. If you attended Rockwood High School or Rockwood Middle School last year the process will be easy. Just log onto Final Forms and update any changes if there are any. If you are an athlete, complete the athletic portion also. Your parent must also complete the athletic portion.
